As a vegetarian, I had a lot of questions about the menu, and Dayuan was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He recommended the vegetarian burger, which I ended up ordering. What really impressed me was when I visited Shake Shack again, Dayuan remembered me and asked how I enjoyed the food! It was clear that he genuinely cared about ensuring I had a great experience. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. The food was delicious, but it was Dayuan's excellent customer service that really made my experience stand out. A modern trendy smash burger joint with decent food and pricey drinks. The self serve kiosk asks for a table number but failed to provide table tent numbers to choose from. The food was good and service was longer than expected but acknowledged as my meal was made fresh and hot.
I love shake shack burgers and their shroom burger and the truffle fries makes me keep going back again and again. Plenty of space to dine in and service is fast.
I order the single or double shack burger with cheese bacon fries. The burgers are great consistently great quality with popping flavors. Simple and well executed. The cheese bacon fries are a guilty pleasure. The crinkle cut fries by themselves are fantastic and probably one of the best fries in the fast food world. The only downside is the price, but I strongly believe the quality is worth it.
This is my second time having Shake Shack but first time at this location. This location was clean, every table was spotless with no trash left behind. The floors were clean and not sticky, like some fast food restaurants. The Shake shack burger is one of the best, crispy edges on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries are nice and crispy and perfectly seasoned. Next time I will try the vegetarian burger. Lastly, the staff were great, 4 different workers greeted me as I was coming and as I was leaving. Great customer service.
Carolina burger was delicious with the perfect amount of bacon and fried pickles. Our cheese fries hit the spot as did the delicious and refreshing lemonades on the side. The service is both prompt and courteous with table delivery in minutes of ordering.

This has been the cleanest and most friendly Shake Shack that I have ever been to. The team members here were all very helpful when my guest and I had questions about the menu, they were very knowledgeable and recommended the right burger for our tastings. Kudos to our cashier "Jessica D." For helping us out. I will definitely recommend this specific Shake Shack to my friends and family, along with making sure I come back for all my future burger needs .
